KEY DATES:

The Sherwood Signature Series 2026 Contest (the “Contest”) is brought to you by INA International Ltd. (the “Sponsor”) and begins on October 16, 2026 and ends on May 1, 2027 – or whenever all Winning Devices (as defined below in Rule 4) are redeemed in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”), whichever occurs first (the “Contest Period”). ELIGIBILITY:

Contest is open only to residents of Canada and United States (50 United States and District of Columbia) who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory/state of residence at the time of entry; except employees, representatives, agents, officers or directors (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of the Sponsor, its associated and affiliated entities, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”). Void where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY RULES:

By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Rules.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

At the start of the Contest, there will be a set number of: (i) specially marked Sherwood Signature Series 2026 mystery mini-stick packages (the “Participating Product(s)”); and (ii) Virtual No Purchase Necessary Envelopes (each, an “Envelope” and collectively, the “Envelopes”). At the start of the Contest, there will be a total combination of one hundred and fifty-five thousand (155,000) Participating Products/Envelopes available for distribution, while supplies last, as follows:

Participating Products: During the Contest Period, you can purchase a Participating Product either in-store or online from an authorized participating retailer listed in Exhibit A, while supplies last.

Envelopes: Alternatively, to obtain one (1) Envelope, while supplies last, without making a purchase, visit http://www.sherwoodhockey.com/collections/AMOE and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the request form with all required information (including a 100 word or more unique and original essay (each, an “Essay”) answering the following question: “Tell us what makes Sherwood’s Signature Series stand out to you as a hockey player or fan.” (collectively, the “Request”). Residents of the United States are not required to provide an Essay. Upon receipt of a valid Request in accordance with these Rules, the Sponsor will send you an email (using the email address provided on your Request) containing one (1) randomly selected Envelope per unique and original Request received. To be eligible, a Request must: (i) contain a unique and original Essay, if applicable (i.e. you cannot submit the same, or substantially the same, Essay more than one time in relation to this Contest); and (ii) be received by no later than May 1, 2027 at 12:00 p.m. ET to allow Sponsor sufficient time to send back the Envelope via e-mail. The Contest Parties and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Requests (all of which are void).

At the start of the Contest Period, there will be a total of one hundred (100) eligible winning golden coloured devices, as follows: (i) a golden coloured mini-stick and accompanying ticket in a Participating Product; or (ii) a virtual golden coloured ticket in an Envelope (each, a “Winning Device”). Each Winning Device will randomly be placed within either: (i) a Participating Product; or (ii) an Envelope. For the avoidance of any doubt whatsoever, there will be only one hundred (100) Winning Devices – where each such Winning Device will randomly be placed within either: (i) a Participating Product; or (ii) an Envelope. Once the Contest Period starts, however, there is no guarantee that a Winning Device will actually be found (or found during the Contest Period) by an eligible entrant. If you find a Winning Device (either within a Participating Product or within an Envelope) then you will be eligible to win a Mini-Stick Prize (subject to compliance with these Rules). At the start of the Contest Period, the odds of finding a Winning Device are 1 in 1,550. The odds of winning will change throughout the Contest Period as Participating Products/Envelopes are distributed and Mini-Stick Prizes are redeemed.

In addition, an eligible entrant will automatically be entered for a chance to win the Trip Prize if (prior to the Trip Prize Redemption Deadline) they: (i) find a Winning Device; and (ii) complete all required redemption and confirmation processes in accordance with these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) (each, a “Trip Prize Entry”).

Before being CONFIRMED AS A PRIZE winner, each eligible Prize winner will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release) (US residents are not required to answer a skill-testing question); and (b) digitally execute the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the applicable Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Sponsor and all of the other Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, their participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the applicable Prize; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, city and province/territory/state of residence, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.
